30 Days of Coffee: Day 23
Iced Pourover with Four Barrel Coffee

It’s summer and iced coffee is sometimes the best way to go on a warm morning. Today’s coffee was brewed using a normal pourover setup, like I do most mornings for drip. However, I only brewed a little over 1/2 the volume to coffee and then poured it over a full cup of ice. The hot coffee melts away a bit of the ice, filling up the glass nicely and cools down to open up some different flavors that aren’t always accessible with a hot cup. Really enjoyed it.

Do you do iced coffee or cold brewed? Toddy? How do you brew it? I’d love to learn a bit from others out there who have experience with this style.
