Nothing Left to Lose
Mat Kearney released his new album "Nothing Left to Lose" today. I haven’t heard a whole lot of him before (being that this is his second album) but they mentioned him on the Relevant Magazine podcast this last week, so I thought I’d check him out.
I’m very pleasantly surprised. It’s pretty standard pop, but with a cool twist. A bit of rap, a bit of melancholy, and a bit of Coldplay make for a sweet combination.
The title track single is probably my favorite. This song is currently playing on Relevant TV, so check that out. "Bullet" and "Girl America" are also solid tracks.
